At Hide Country, we’re committed to getting your order packed and posted as quickly as we can.

DISPATCH TIMES:
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days of purchase. Express Shipping orders are given priority so they can be on their way to you as soon as possible.

Hide Country operates out of Hervey Bay, which is a regional area, so there may occasionally be slight delays depending on local postal services and availability.

DELIVERY TIMES:
All parcels are sent via Australia Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery. If you have any questions about your parcel (including delays, address changes, or tracking issues), we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number on hand.

As we’re based in a regional location, delivery times may vary—especially if you’re also in a regional or rural area. Below is a guide to expected shipping times:

Standard Delivery via Australia Post:

  • QLD, NSW & VIC: 3–10 business days

  • NT, WA, TAS, ACT & SA: 7–14 business days

Express Delivery via Australia Post:

  • QLD, NSW & VIC: 2–3 business days

  • NT, WA, TAS, ACT & SA: 4–7 business days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We ship to NEW ZEALAND, with delivery typically taking 10–30 days, depending on your location. We love sending Hide Country parcels across the globe! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on where you're located.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

POSTAGE COSTS:
We aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible. Final postage rates are calculated at checkout and may change depending on Australia Post pricing.

PRE-ORDERS:
If your order includes a pre-order item, we will send your entire order once that item arrives in stock. We appreciate your patience while we get it to you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
We work hard to keep our stock levels accurate, but occasionally a product might appear available online when it’s actually sold out. If this happens, we’ll contact you right away to offer a refund or help you choose another option.
