At Hide Country Sleepwear, we’re all about getting your new PJs packed with care and on their way to you as quickly as possible. 🤎

✨ DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to have orders packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your purchase.

Orders placed with Express Shipping will be prioritised where possible.

Please note that dispatch time refers to the time it takes for your order to leave us. Delivery timeframes begin once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post.

📮 DELIVERY

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Estimated delivery times are a guide only and can vary depending on your location, Australia Post delays and busy periods such as sales and Christmas.

Standard Shipping

• QLD, NSW & VIC: approximately 3–10 business days
• SA, TAS, WA, NT & ACT: approximately 7–14 business days

Express Shipping

• QLD, NSW & VIC: approximately 2–3 business days
• SA, TAS, WA, NT & ACT: approximately 4–7 business days

If your parcel appears to be delayed or your tracking hasn't updated, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number, as once your parcel has been collected, delivery is handled by Australia Post.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to New Zealand.

International delivery times are generally around 10–30 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges that may apply to their order.

💌 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and destination.

We aim to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible while using reliable delivery services.

🎀 PRE-ORDERS

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

If you'd prefer your available items to be shipped separately, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Additional postage may apply.

Pre-order dates are estimated and can occasionally change due to production or shipping delays.

📦 ORDER & STOCK AVAILABILITY

We do our best to keep our online inventory accurate. However, on rare occasions, an item may sell out at the same time another customer places an order.

If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable solution, such as an alternative item, waiting for a restock or a full refund.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Hide Country Sleepwear cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
