Refund & Returns Policy
At Hide Country, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating it. But if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help make it right.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

Packaged in the original wrapping

Returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll assess its condition and contact you to confirm the next steps. If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange.
Refunds
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be processed if:

The item you received is faulty

You received the wrong item
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please send an email to hidecountry@hotmail.com. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back and the cost of shipping the new size.
If your order is incorrect or faulty, we will cover the return postage cost.
Items Excluded from Change of Mind Returns
The following cannot be returned unless they’re faulty or don’t meet consumer guarantees:

Gift cards, vouchers, and store credit

Final sale or clearance items marked as "no returns"

Items already exchanged once
Shipping for Returns
For change of mind or incorrect size/fit, you will need to pay for shipping back to our office, Then we will create an invoice for the cost of shipping the new product.
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product, Hide Country will cover the return shipping costs.
Please hold onto your tracking information—Hide Country is not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
Important: Please get in touch with us before sending your return, so we can make sure everything is in order.
